Please make sure Joel sees this review. Everyone we know and asked for recommendations has said NOT the dealership, too expensive for car repairs. I needed to go to Infiniti because Edmonds Automotive (in Edmonds) could not fix a power board. Kudos to Edmonds, they did not charge me and they sure tried. First met Joel then. I was struck by how he conveyed integrity, honesty, professionalism, knowledge. I retired as a Director within Marketing of a major pharmaceutical company. Joel reminded me in particular of my last Global Vice President, Dr. Cameron Durrant. I was fortunate to be on his team. He was highly regarded within the company and given a billion dollar drug to bring to market. Infectious Diseases doctors praised our marketing. Unheard of! As Dr. Durrant sought to limit the drug's usage, an important antibiotic for resistant, and deadly pathogens. Over-use would potentially lead to more resistance. I share this example because Dr. Durrant was a man of the highest integrity. He did the right thing. I will return to Infiniti because of Joel, who I feel will do the right thing for the customer. As the face of Infiniti for me, I could not ask for a better example of the quintessential service manager. I'm pleased with the three times I've needed to bring my older 2001 Infiniti QX4 in for service. Trust is important, and I trust Joel because, like Dr. Durrant, I just know he'll do the right thing for me each and every time. And that is priceless. More
The people were nice guys but what is always disappointing with car dealers is that once they know you like a car and want it they tend to take advantage of the customer by not really dealing fa disappointing with car dealers is that once they know you like a car and want it they tend to take advantage of the customer by not really dealing fairly or giving a fair deal. Also they may suggest practices that are somewhat unsavory which in turn forces you to wonder if they are dealing with you the same way. I my piticular case with the automobile that I chose they didnt really know that much about the car and even though the car was "inspected by the mechanics" there is a significant rattle coming from the back of the car that I didn't notice at first viewing and the car pulls a bit to the left so I guess that they didn't notice after all its a used car but it s a 20k used car and I feel sightly taken, won't evet go back..... More

The video from the service tech was great and very informative. It pointed out items that needed attention.
