Always Great Service and Always Great People. I've been bringing my car to Infiniti of Lynnwood for years, and the experience has always been outstanding. I've never had to wait when dropping off my vehicle, and the customer lounge, snacks, and coffee make the visit even more enjoyable. I've worked with Joel White over the years, and he has always been positive, professional, and helpful. He consistently makes sure my vehicle is serviced promptly and always takes the time to explain things clearly. He's simply a great person to work with. I purchased my car here and have continued to have all of my service performed at Infiniti of Lynnwood. The staff is always friendly, and the service is efficient. If a repair or service takes longer than expected, they have even arranged rides home for me. One thing that continues to amaze me is their level of customer service. For routine oil changes, they've picked up my car from work, completed the service, and returned it to me without me having to do much of anything. That kind of convenience is almost unheard of today. I've owned many different brands over the years, including Hyundai, Ford, Dodge, Mazda, and others, and I've never experienced service quite like this. I regularly recommend Infiniti of Lynnwood to friends and family because of the quality of both the people and the service. Most recently, I brought my car in for a routine 45,000-mile inspection. They thoroughly checked all of the systems, told me everything looked great, found no services that were needed at the time, and didn't charge me a dime. How often does that happen? Like many people, I've had dealership experiences where you expect the phone call saying, "We found several issues, and it's going to cost thousands of dollars." Instead, Infiniti of Lynnwood has consistently been honest and trustworthy. I love my car, and I trust these guys completely with its care. I could probably write a book about all the positive experiences I've had hereāso I'll stop now. Highly recommended! More

This dealership is fantastic. I do not trust dealerships to work on my vehicles, but Infiniti does a great job. The Lynnwood location is honest and will not jerk you around for unnecessary maintenance or repair items. They are top notch and take care of their customers. Huge plus, they actually answer their phones when you call. The service manager is an absolute pleasure to work with. More

The service center has taken amazing care of my car over the last 7 years. They're like family. They have gone above and beyond what's expected numerous times. I've had every question I had answered in a ti the last 7 years. They're like family. They have gone above and beyond what's expected numerous times. I've had every question I had answered in a timely manner. Joel has been amazing every time, sometimes even finding a discount coupon I missed to help offset costs! You can't go wrong with Infinti of Lynnwood service center. More

Took my car in because it was making an unusually loud noise and shaking at low speed. They ran a diagnostic and told me 3 things needed to be fixed, adding up to a $15,000 bill. When I went to pick up my car, all of the warning signals came on. They said it was because they hadn't cleared the codes after running the diagnostic. How could the service technician have forgotten to clear the codes? Someone had to drive the car from the service bay to the parking lot & should definitely have seen all of the warning signals on the dashboard, and should have taken it back to the bay as it clearly wasn't ready. Complete incompetence. More
