I came in for my very first service appointment on my new Hyundai Tucson. I mentioned that I smelled mildew and was told by the service coordinator that I needed a new filter and brought the filter into the Hyundai Tucson. I mentioned that I smelled mildew and was told by the service coordinator that I needed a new filter and brought the filter into the waiting area to show me and then left it there. I was charged for the new filter. I feel that a vehicle that only had 6,000 miles on it should not have a filter that’s covered in mildew there obviously is a problem with the a/c system which they failed to address. Then when I mentioned that the rear wiper wasn’t spraying it was just coming out in a stream the service coordinator and tech looked at it with a flashlight and then the service coordinator told me that it was clogged and that they had no time to take care of that because they had to take the whole car apart. Needless to say I will never becoming back to this dealership. More

I was so pleased with the customer service I received from Tunde O’Connor and the St. Augustine Hyunda dealership the day after Hurricane Milton. I had evacuated from Sarasota, Florida and my car showed from Tunde O’Connor and the St. Augustine Hyunda dealership the day after Hurricane Milton. I had evacuated from Sarasota, Florida and my car showed a transmission error. They took me in first thing that day and spent hours to fix my car. I have seen Justin for my car maintenance for years now and have always been glad with the service he and the service department have provided. This past time, It took over two hours for a regular service and have always been glad with the service he and the service department have provided. This past time, It took over two hours for a regular service appointment and normally the front of my car is tidied and vacuumed, but that wasn’t the case this time. I also noticed a scratch looking smear on my windshield that was not there when I came in. The rubber smear appeared to be from for instance, a brush that you would use to clean the windshield, however, just the bottom of the windshield was cleaned off, but the top half looked untouched. For an over two hour appointment just to get an oil change in a tire rotation. I would’ve expected better on their end for the condition of my car getting it back with regard to how I had got it back on all prior service appointments with a vacuumed and tidied front interior, and rinsed exterior of the car. In addition, the oil changes went up in price. Normally, I’m happy with the service, timeliness, and condition of my car after the service appointment. However, this time I was a little less satisfied with the Timeliness and condition my car was returned in compared to other service appointments and the top-notch service I had gotten used to. I never take my car anywhere besides Saint Augustine, Hyundai because I’ve always been so happy with the superior quality service. This time my experience was not up to par. More
Told me it would take 25 minutes to get what needed done to be done to my car done. Ended up taking 3hours. I was thinking a hour and a half at most. Requested in the beginning to be dropped off , however she told me it wouldn’t take very long and I should just wait. I’m not a confrontational person so I just waited. When I got my car my steering wheel was covered in black grease (the interior of my car is white).I will not ever take my car here again , I will be going to Jax from now. I also have the best warranty on my vehicle originally when I came in she never offered for them to change the oil or anything. Only reason why I’m giving two start is because the tech was actually helpful and nice. I’d give him 5 stars, however there’s not a way for me to review him. More
They have started evaluating the entire vehicle, which takes an inordinate amount of time. Customer sit in the waiting room for at least an hour to an hour and a half for something simple to be done.
