I was in the market to update my 2014 Hyundai and started looking at the SUVs since I wanted a bigger, safer vehicle. Joe saw me looking around and introduced himself. He was very informative of the information I was seeking re car vs. SUV, gas mileage, safety features, etc, etc. He even suggested that I test drive one to get the feel of the "bigger" vehicle. I did and thought I could handle it. I have always bought my cars new so I wasn't familiar in considering a "used" vehicle. Joe explained to me the warranties and servicing. I want to say that I really enjoyed my experience that afternoon at your Hyundai of NPR Certified Used Car lot but I did ask to see a NEW Hyundai. Joe arranged for me to be driven to your new dealership about 1/2 mile so. from your location. I test drove a new Hyundai Tucson SUV and ultimately ended up buying one Sunday, July 21 and I LOVE it. Still getting use to it with all of the new technologies but it's a dream to drive. Love my Hyundai!! More

How ever Timothy Hernandez presented this "GOOD" news to me in very friendly and caring manner, so I didn't leave right away. After 2 hours Tim came to me and explained in details other problems they found with my car and even shown it to me with advise.
