"Best Car Buying Experience Ever" This was a crazy car purchase due to the fact that I was 600 miles away from the dealer and was trying to purchase a car that I had never even sat in. To say that it was based on trust of my Salesperson and the Dealership was an understatement. Chris LaCroix was my sales person and he went above and beyond to help me through the process. He drove the car, took countless pix of it and was honest about what few little flaws that it had. I really felt that he was more concerned about me being thrilled with the car than just making a sale. The paperwork was more difficult because I was an out of state buyer but Chris put in the extra time that was needed and even called me after hours to make things as easy on me as possible. I spoke with his Manager and a Finance person who were also helpful and competent. It was a positive experience because of Chris ( hope he gets a raise out of this ) and the quality dealership that he works for. Hope to do business with them again! More
