Service here was good and fair. My dealings with Chase were good. I needed a transmission flush and was told by my previous service advisor that my transmission was not a sealed unit My dealings with Chase were good. I needed a transmission flush and was told by my previous service advisor that my transmission was not a sealed unit. That was wrong. A sealed unit costs more to service than an unsealed unit. Chase understood a mistake was made and my service was discounted. To me, that shows a lot of integrity. Like I said initially, it was a very fair outcome and I will recommend Hyundai of New Port Richey to anyone (new or used) btw: My 2016 Elantra runs fantastic and I always use dealership service. Usually, their prices are better than others and they check out the whole car when they do an oil change. More
