I saw a black 03 Infiniti G35 on auto trader that caught my eye. So the next morning I call the dealer and I had the pleasure of speaking to MIchael Gitzgibbon. He was very upfront and answered all my quest my eye. So the next morning I call the dealer and I had the pleasure of speaking to MIchael Gitzgibbon. He was very upfront and answered all my questions. He took care of all the paper work and financing over the phone. I live in Kissimmee so that was very convenient. Once he said I was approved my family and I went took the hour and half drive to New Port Richey to pick up my new car! There were no surprises. I was in and out in 45 minutes. This was the easiest and best car transaction I have ever had. I feel salesman was deceptive and misleading. Was actually told our credit was bad and our interest would be in the teens! and then was quoted one price then charged another i realize it is our faul actually told our credit was bad and our interest would be in the teens! and then was quoted one price then charged another i realize it is our fault for even signing on the dotted line but just want to let others know to be careful and check double check and triple check the numbers do not take the salesmans word for any reason. I ended up paying at least 2 thousand more than i was told and i think that this was very misleading. the price i was quoted was the price after downpayment and trade in not the price of the vehicle very deceptive just be careful. will not recommend to friends and family. After speaking with kelly from the dealership she cleared up the questions I had about price of vehicle and the issue was with the way the contract was written which i still think is wrong they basically hid the dealer fee's instead of just printing them right out on the invoice. I really felt as though he cared and he also gave me genuine advice with comparisons on the vehicles while I was making my decision. By the time I was through with the financing department he had everything moved from my trade to the new car in the same exact places that I had in my trade in. After all was said and done he took the time to go through the entire vehicle and explained every thing to me. He even gave me a call on my way home to make sure all was good. My G/F and myself were shopping for a vehicle and had placed a few online approvals to see what we could afford. We really dont have much on the way of money. Our first contact was with Autoway and we weren't able to meet the down payment cost. SO we drove to the Hyundai dealership in N.P.R. and started looking at 08-10 sonatas, but my g/f wasn't really impressed with the look of the vehicle however she did spot a Pontiac G6 Gt 2008 4 door that caught her eye. She has primarily been a "sports" car driver and was impressed bye the vehicle. I asked a few times and finally got the :Vehicle Fax Report" where i learned the car had been a Loaner for 6 months then went to private owner. Now the car was nice don't get me wrong but there were minor wear and tear issues plus who knows what people do to and in demos? Plus it was an 08 model with 58,000 k and a price tag walking out the door of 15,5 or so. Well in her enthusiasm to buy a car we start on paperwork when she gets a call from the original Autoway salesman who has offered to personally help us do the down payment and after finances and all the car would be 11,500. No this is the 2009 model little less fancy but with one 86, yes 86, year old driver. Avg speed in vehicle was 25 mph!!! We got a kick out of that! Has all maintenance records all good immaculate shape and cheaper by almost 5 grand! great deal well these clowns from Hyundai stated I had nothing to do with the loan and so forth. lol. Wow if only they knew. The gentlemen Jason was what i felt to be argumentative, unprofessional, and rather petty and almost bullyish in his attempt to get us to buy this car. If his dealership cannot compete in a fair market then they lose. Not my fault it is called being a consumer and taking the BEST deal I can get for my own and my gf of 4 years self interest!!! So after we abruptly left to go meet the Autoway man to close the deal on the 09 we find we have no title to our vehicle. They semed to have conveniently kept that little piece of info. Now the Hyundai dealership is a good 20 minute drive for us so it was a big BIG inconvenience. I go in ask for my g/f title Jason calls Rob who brings title Jason walks out. I ask the gentlemen in the office who the manager is that i would like to make a complaint as to how i felt iwas being treated. He actually has the audacity to turn his back and walk out of the office leaving me there by myself! I say You seriously going to be so disrespectful and unprofessional and just turn your back on me? He says yep and keeps walking. Now at this point I felt very disrespected and let loose a few choice words to let him how I felt by him disrespecting me by walking away and turning his back on a CUSTOMER. He states get out of my showroom if you are going to curse ( I said F once) I told him to give me my title or i would call the police and have him arrested for theft. At this point I got the title and declared rather loudly that i would do everything possible to bad mouth that dealership. Not Hyundai I stand behind that product. But boy does those yokels need to learn a thing or 2 about respect. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AND INTEND TO DETER ANYONE I CAN FROM PURCHASING A HYNDAI AT YOUR DEALERSHIP. Thanks for you patronage!
