Service visit- Oil change I was told it would be an hour, took over an hour and a half. They came out and told me that he found a nail in the tire just as he was finishing up. I was told it would be an hour, took over an hour and a half. They came out and told me that he found a nail in the tire just as he was finishing up. The tire wasn't losing air, but they pulled the nail halfway out anyways. It then started loosing air. It was in a sidewall so not repairable. Had he not pulled it out I probably could have driven on it for some time. Had to replace a tire with only 4000 miles on it. Had he asked first I would have said don't pull it. More
