My experience was satisfactory. I was able to schedule a date and time that worked well for me. I received a software update that extended my stay. Problem I experienced was when I drove my car home it responded differently. I looked at the driving modes, the dial was grayed out all around. I drove the car home and called the dealership. I turned off the car and discussed the issue. When I turned the car back on the dial was lit and functioning. Haven’t had any problems since. More

I asked several times for a breakdown of the number they put on the paper. Why aren’t the taxes listed? They told me. Until I sat with Gerard the finance guy. They know I had to leave at 3 PM - I said if there isn’t enough time, I’ll be happy to come back in the morning. I already left the deposit. There was plenty of time they told me. And of course he doesn’t call me in until 2:45. Conveniently I am in a rush. Suddenly there are many extra fees bringing my total about 4-5 thousand more. I complained, asked if there was a video camera to go back to- and then he took off some of the fees. Then the salesman came in to apologize as if he was completely shocked. Don’t tell me it wasn’t a well played plan. I have shared this sneaky approach with many many co workers in the area- I am sure they will not be visiting this store. I bought the car but have buyers remorse. I should have called off the deal and went to another more honest dealer. More
