I was utterly disappointed by my experience this time around. I purchased my car in 2023 and have been bringing it in for the complimentary oil changes and yearly inspection and every time I have been pl around. This time was wildly different. Normally I get there for my scheduled appointment time and am checked in with in 15 minutes, this time it took almost an hour. I do recognize I was about 10 minutes late due to extra traffic from the weather. The ending of the uber shuttle service and replacing it with a staff member is a nice idea in theory but it caused another delay. Overall it felt like they were overbooked and under staffed. Fredys who helped me was great (I’ve had him help me in the past and he’s always great) as well as the staff member who drove the shuttle. Originally when my complimentary package ended I was going to continue to come here for my service because it had been such a good experience. After this appointment however I will not be returning unless I really need to. More
I received a call informing me that the parts required for a seat belt recall (after waiting almost a month) were finally in stock and made an appointment asking for a loaner, which was confirmed. When I called the next morning I was advised that my loaner was not available and astonishingly, the parts required for repair were not available. It's been over a week since I last spoke with the service manager and still no call back regarding the parts for the seat belt. More
The service advice was horrible did communicate at about the status of my car and after waiting for to call me back making several call he left for the day. My car was towed on Tuesday and was not worked on until Monday. The battery needed a change even though the car is not even two years old. This is thirty minute job at most. Margarita and Krystal did not help. I asked for a manager and the manager did not call me until five days later. Even after all of this tom waited until the shop closed Saturday to test my vehicle. Sunday they are closed. When I went to the dealership no one apologized or looked me in the eye! Despicable and disgusting! More
