I strongly advise avoiding this dealership. My experience here was deeply disappointing and frustrating, and I will never return for sales or service. The management, particularly Tom, shows no accountability and dismisses valid concerns by placing blame solely on the customer. It seems inconceivable to them that a vehicle could have an issue. The service coordinator, Holly, consistently communicates in a condescending and unprofessional manner, using terms like “sweetie” and “love” while failing to address the actual problems. I’ve had to file formal complaints about her conduct. Appointments are meaningless here—you may wait days to have your car even looked at. Attempts to get updates are met with silence; calls go unreturned, and no one seems to care. I gave this place multiple chances, but my last visit will remain just that—the last. I urge anyone considering this dealership to take your business elsewhere. Until the staff is replaced and the culture is changed, this location does not deserve your time or trust. More
I came into the dealership, knowing what I wanted and I didn’t want any games or gimmick. I walked in knowing what car I wanted, but unfortunately, it was not affordable. I needed one of the lease agreements (which I could not find anywhere after almost two years) so I contacted Raven and she acquired another copy for me, thank you Raven! We were planning on buying one out and trading in another for a new car but due to unfortunate circumstances I’m left with only being able to keep one car. I Will be going back to Raven to discuss end of leases when the time comes! Highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new Hyundai!! More
