We are sorry you feel your experience with us was less than satisfactory. When you brought your vehicle to us, it was having issues with not starting so it had already lost power at that point in time. The NY State Inspection rules are very clear and strict that a 2001 or later vehicle can only have one monitor say it is “not ready”, your vehicle had three. Unfortunately, at that time, driving it is the only way to reset the monitors. We did call and offer to drive the car for you. We do hope this explains things further. Please reach out if there is something more we can do to assist with this situation.
