Good customer service from service adviser Clara Torres but lousy service from the technicians on this trip for servicing. I bought 4 new tires there and had to return as 1 of the tires was not put on corr but lousy service from the technicians on this trip for servicing. I was disappointed in the number of times I had to call to see the status of my car repair even though it was kept overnight. More over after two days in the shop I was given the car back only to find out to see the status of my car repair even though it was kept overnight. More over after two days in the shop I was given the car back only to find out that the remote start (although was not a Honda remote starter) was disabled and I was not made aware of this. I will say Honda partly redeemed themselves by repairing the issue at no cost to me after almost a week. More
