This Honda of Valley Stream has a good regular sales department like all the dealers, but what makes it different from the competition is the service. Initially met with Clara who did not make me feel safe about leaving my car here. Felt like another number. I decided not to leave my car initially. Service needs to be properly updated in a timely manner and the service center needs to start upholding everything that comes with services in the contract.
