I leased an Odyssey (Great minivan) from South Shore Honda with no problems. I have been trying to return it for three days now, and left several messages for their return coordinator (Charlie) to call Honda with no problems. I have been trying to return it for three days now, and left several messages for their return coordinator (Charlie) to call me and schedule the return. He or anyone else from the dealer has returned my calls. I have called Honda three times to see if they have any control over South Shore Honda to no avail. The South Shore Honda states that this is a very busy time (I am happy for them, that they are making lots of money), but I called South Shore Honda today (Fri 6/2) and they say Charlie is off. I am very thankful that I had no problems with the car during the lease. Who know what kind of miserable service they would have given. More
