Had a great relationship with them for over 20 years Had a great relationship with them for over 20 years and this is what happened, I paid over 500 dollars to fix the plastic on on my power seat Had a great relationship with them for over 20 years and this is what happened, I paid over 500 dollars to fix the plastic on on my power seat 18 months ago maybe more a few weeks after they had to fix again cause it fell off, this happened 3 or 4 more times i knew the year was coming to an end when the warranty was coming to end I told Clara an advisor , she told she was gonna talk to the manger, then months later now its August she said she order the part for me, I Went in this week for an oil change, I asked when is my seat part coming in, Clara wasn't in that day so I went home got a text Honda customer the lady Antwone and says this is Antwone from Honda of Valley Stream. I Texted my issues with my seat to Antwone and she said it's done the warranty void, then I got mad and I text her back Clara ordered me the part I thought they were gonna repair it because it was never properly repaired for 500 dollars I wish I can post pics of the seat but can't do on this site, when I told Antwone, Clara ordered me the part in August Antwone she said she will talk to Will , Then Antwone texted me back it was fixed on courtesy which it was fixed, wasn't properly and I paid 500 dollar so what good will about that?, then I got so mad I texted back what is courtesy when I paid 500 bucks then I said "ARE GONNA FIX MY EFFIN CAR " she calls me right back cursed me out the rudest person I ever dealt with, so long story I spoke to Will he said my discount to fix again I said how much he said 73 dollars he made my appointment so he knew I was fixing it there for 73 I dropped the car off in the morning got a ride back home, I'm home for an hour Honda service says you have to pay for labor so now it's over 200 dollars, Will made me feel he was gonna do it for 73 dollars , this cost me 700 dollars, and still doesn't look that great it's gonna fall off again, horrible experience gave me lots stress aggrevation ,I even spoke to Jay Rosenthal and he doesn't care, I dealt with this dealership for over 20 years I got my family to go there and buy cars there and get service there and it use to be a pleasure to deal with them about 2 years ago they got all new people and it's not what it was ,I'm gonna address my concerns to Honda USA and everyone else I know that goes there .. Sorry a 20 year relationship has to end because there cheap and don't do the the right this WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE More
