I seem to always have a negative impact with this Honda Dealership. Just saying. Dropped off my vehicle for a recall; lost a day from work and then got a call 1 and a half hour after the time I presumed was schedule to say it was not on that day and they cannot squeeze me in. What a bumper!

My experience was fine. Danny had great customer service. The problem I have is the problem wasn’t fixed and I paid for the diagnostic fee which I did everything the tech preformed at the dealership. What’s the next step?
