My motor blew, is SHOULD have been included in a recall but Hyundai offered 80% coverage. This was a manufacturer's offer,not this specific dealership. Chelsie went above and beyond in keeping me informed about the process and providing me documentation to attempt to gain additional coverage directly from Hyundai. The dealership had my car about 9 weeks! Chelsie was able to secure me a rental car and that was very much appreciated. My complaint, although it may seem trivial to some, it's huge to me! The dealership received over $6,000 to repair to repair my vehicle, had it over 2 months and returned it covered in dust and even had cobwebs growing in it. My tire pressure was low and my washer fluid was empty. While I WAS pleased with how the dealership tried to facilitate a solution with Hyundai throughout this process, they really dropped the ball in the end. After all that headache, my car should have been returned detailed, all fluids checked and any other areas of concern notated. More

Long time customer I have purchased 2 new Hyundai cars from this location. I have had an ongoing problem with my current Hyundai Sonata with the BSD device continuing to I have purchased 2 new Hyundai cars from this location. I have had an ongoing problem with my current Hyundai Sonata with the BSD device continuing to light up even while the car is in park. My car is still under warranty and the service department is continuing to try and fix the problem. Chelsie Reeves has been extremely helpful. More

He took the time to listen what I was looking for in a vehicle. He showed me some options & did not put any pressure. I intially wanted low milage used but quuckly changed to looking for new & am I glad I did. He covered with us what I was looking for pricing new & used & it just made sense & was nearly the same price I was going to get in used. He even went through the newer features as I have never had a car with them. He def cared that we was takin care of & did not rush us. More
