After we settled on the specific car he went over the features and functions. David in finance and Clifton reviewed warranty, trade in etc. I returned a day later having made a positive decision to make the purchase! Met with the finance manager. He reviewed warranty and details of the agreement. I signed it was painless. Clifton reviewed features and setup some of the functions for me. Then he took me to meet people in the service department that will care for my Tuscon. I felt so comfortable with the employees. They are friendly and knowledgeable. (They have popcorn!) I enjoyed the entire experience. More

TERRIBLE Customer service. First off Doug was rude on the first phone call I received. I made my initial apt online due to phones being down and called later and spoke with a Ch First off Doug was rude on the first phone call I received. I made my initial apt online due to phones being down and called later and spoke with a Chelsea who is always very nice and helpful and she move my appointment up and told me I could drop it off the night before. When Doug called he was annoyed that my appointment was moved and said he had two people call in and didn’t think he would even be able to look at my air that day and kept reminding me of my original apt time. When he finally did get to look at it I was called and told I had two hoses with holes that needed to be replaced. Which I found odd because they were not leaking when 3 other people looked at it. I was coming to confirm it was the compressor which I told him on the initial call before I paid someone to replaced it. So I said y’all are the dealer if that’s the problem replace the hoses. So I get a call later on the next day and was told now my compressor is bad and needs to be changed as well. He was so rude to me on the phone I had to get off and call him back. The car was fully charged with Freon when I brought it so he should have checked the compressor first! After discussing with family member I called him back and told him to put my old hoses back on and I would take it elsewhere since he was so rude and he mis diagnosed the issue. This was around 1pm. I called around 4:45 to make sure I could come pick it up and he again was so RUDE and abrasive and told me he didn’t know when it would be ready but it wasn’t going to be that day. I work and need my car. I will never come back to this shop to have work done or my regular oil changes and further more will not be buying my daughters car there in September, which I was planning to do. Doug should be ashamed of his customer service and the way he talked to a woman. More
