Starting with internet sales, Natasha Lyons, was very courteous and knowledgeable. When we arrived on location, she introduced us to Brandon who retrieved the car from Milington, TN. Therefore, we were handed over to Louis Campbell. Louis was very helpful and friendly. He completed the entire sale within a very reasonable amount of time. First, Scott Blankenship was the most friendly,most professional and most knowledgeable salesman that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He made me feel completely at ease from the moment we met and allowed me to test drive many different makes of vehicles until I decided on the one that I liked the best and could best afford. Thanks again Scott for a job very well done!!! Secondly, I would lke to thank David Richardson who walked me through all of the purchasing paperwork in a very impressive manner. What an impressive team of members you have there! I would also like to give a heartfelt thanks to miss Alacia Bledsoe, the daughter of my best friend Al Bledsoe. She and her entire family are wonderful people and the best neighbors that anyone could ever hope for. Thank you Alacia for staying more than an hour past your quit time to drive my Pontiac home for me so that I could drive my Hyundai Tuscon home the day of the sale. You are a very wonderful and sweet person and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Lastly, let me thank the people in the service and parts department who got me my all-weather floor mats, spare key and remote control. I have never in my life seen a team work so well together as the team that you have assembled there at our dealrship. The customer service and care that I received at Homer Skelton Hydundai Olive Branch was totally unlike any other that I have ever had at a car dealership before. 1st - Post Sales customer services is horrible. Once you have bought the car you are an after-thought. 2nd - They are cutting so many corners to curb cost that it makes the overall experience shocking (lik have bought the car you are an after-thought. 2nd - They are cutting so many corners to curb cost that it makes the overall experience shocking (like you can't almost even believe that they are doing that). First off, what they will do for you will depend what you buy and how much you spend - this almost directly stated from a finance manager there when i complained. You drive out with only $10 bucks of gas in the car. Yup, that is all they put in it. I am not sure how they are staying in business with operating procedures that they follow. I have purchased other cars, even in the last year and have never had an experience measure up to this. I would not buy a car from this dealer ever again nor would i recommend them to anyone. More
