So far, so good! My trip to Homer Skelton Hyundai in Mississippi was not even on my radar, but I would like to share a bit of my story. This was a blessing orchestrated by God just for me . In the beginning with my first phone call, I felt a little annoyed because the first Chris I was referred to by my bank rep (in my mind’s eye), seemed to be putting me off, he wasn’t rude, but in hindsight, his job was to guide me to the right Chris. I will attribute that feeling I had to. being anxious (yes I know what the Word of God says about being anxious) but that’s where I was. I talked to Kris True, Chris Huffman, Kristina Campbell and all conversations led me to Chris “No Hassle” Huffman. He was patient, a good listener, respectful, kind and most of all, his “no hassle” spirit shined brightly. Kris True and Kristina Campbell were the catalysts God used for this journey. Thank you both (especially Kristina because every time I called about anything, she was always pleasant and helpful. Brad Leach should have a nickname too, but all I can come up with is “the finance guru”. He frames your options in such a way that you want to purchase them all, but he mixes his knowledge of the plans with a bit of compassion and some “true Tiger Blue” familiarity. For that I thank him, A couple of follow up trips were just as enjoyable. The gentleman at the information desk, our photographer 😄, and the young man who put my plates on 1,2,3 (whose names I don’t know), thank you! One included a “standing around the big desk conversation” with the guys sharing my experience prompted by Brad “the finance guru”, and the other was the day I picked up my tags. Chris H. wasn’t there either time, but he always followed up with me to be sure I was good! I look forward to establishing the same kind of relationship with the HSH service department as I move into the next phase of maintaining my beauty. With a grateful heart. More

No loaner vehicle for all day service I was told no loaner vehicle could be provided because of the number of Hyundai recalls. I sell real estate and I lost one whole day of business becau I was told no loaner vehicle could be provided because of the number of Hyundai recalls. I sell real estate and I lost one whole day of business because I was trapped in my Model home with no car. This is absolutely positively unacceptable. I work with other realtor who are provided loaner vehicles any time their car is brought in and done dealerships come pick up theirs vehicles without them even having to go to dealership. Definitely thinking I need to move to another auto maker when my lease is up!!!!! More
