I've purchased 2 Jeeps within a 6 month period, that in itself should describe my experience. Although I very recently learned my salesman, Claude McClain no longer works at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, which itself should describe my experience. Although I very recently learned my salesman, Claude McClain no longer works at Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, which I feel is a lose for this dealership. Mr. McClain is the only personnel that initiated even a 'Good afternoon, can I assist you with anything', after I passed several salesman outside and interior offices without so much as a 'Hello'. Through each service, I've been very pleased with the Service Department. My appointments are met very welcoming/helpful, on time and finished in a timely matter. More

No problem. I dropped my car off over a week ago now. Still don't know what's wrong with it.
