Very unprofessional, unorganized and customer service is horrible. There is no leadership and no one is never knowledgeable of what’s going on with your vehicle. As part of my wheel rotation, I requested that the spare tire also be rotated. I was told that that would be completed. When I picked up my Jeep, I asked if the spare tire had been rotated and was told that tire also be rotated. I was told that that would be completed. Work took 3 days longer than expected to be completed. Car only has 27K miles and 2 tires needed to be replaced.
