The repair process took nearly three months, and I even had to return shortly after receiving the vehicle because the steering wheel became dislodged. Recently, while gathering repair records for an ongoing Jeep arbitration case, I visited the body shop seeking copies of my repair documents. Body Shop Manager Brayan Osorio told me the records were archived, unavailable, and that there was no one else I could contact regarding the matter. When I attempted to ask additional questions, I was met with an argumentative attitude and raised voice. Fortunately, I went to the Service Department afterward, where Allison and Rebecca were professional, courteous, and able to locate the records within a short period of time. Their assistance directly contradicted what I had been told in the Body Shop. My issue is not that records may take time to locate. My issue is the lack of professionalism, poor customer service, and inaccurate information I received from management. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when seeking documentation related to repairs performed by the dealership. I want to thank Allison and Rebecca for their excellent customer service. They turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. More
