I bought two 2011' TSX's a year ago and they both had issues with the trim on the windshield and the channel mouldings for the rack on the hood of our wagon. When I mentioned the problem on the one had issues with the trim on the windshield and the channel mouldings for the rack on the hood of our wagon. When I mentioned the problem on the one in for an oil change, they agreed to replace the defective parts with any hassle and even suggested that they fix sthe wagon as well. It took several visits because a sub that does this repair did it sloppy and they had me return to effect a quality fix with another person from that company. No one likes multiple visits if unnecessary, but they were always pleasant and worked hard to get it right. Kelly was professional and friendly and I would suggest that anyone using the service department, ask for him if you can. The others are nice, but Kelly did right by me. Daniel Hief, Auburn Wa More
Hinshaw's Acura dealership were great! Test drove two different cars. Jaeson was very helpful and patient finding the right car for me. I did not feel pressured to purchase the car that same day. my son had his sights set on a 04 G35 infiniti pearl white we almost purchased it from the owner .but he traded the car in to hinshaws acura Fife the former seller told us to contact Mark (don't know white we almost purchased it from the owner .but he traded the car in to hinshaws acura Fife the former seller told us to contact Mark (don't know his last name) and see if they still had it In fact they did but it was in the process of being looked over by the service dept .We struck a deal and made arrangement to meet at later date to finalize the deal. At the later date;; Mark and his assistant were very professional no pressure. In fact the entire sales staff was helpful as to making us feel at home so to speak while we waited for the finace dept to finish with another client. Extreem professionalism met on all sides of the staff at Hinshaws. My son's first car and a very enjoyable experience you can be sure when its time to purchase again we will look forward to dealing with Hinshaws again. Mark also said he was gonna put 2 tires on rear of vehicle he did all 4 and fixed the curb scuff of wind dam ; also gave us the contact of mechanic that did the 100K maintenance on it. We purchased two Acuras over the course of 20 years. During this time we also worked with the service department. They have communicated well and gone above and beyond any expectations. The turnover in customer service personnel has been next to zero and they are knowledgeable, pleasant and flexible. I believe Mike has been there since before we purchased our first car there. I had an air conditioning problem while I was traveling out of town. Since it was a small town, Acura did not have a dealership. Another type dealer took a look at my car but couldn't get the parts for several days. They gave me an estimate for repairs, disabled the AC and when I returned home, Hinshaw Acura was able to do it in one day AND for $200 less! After 20 years of working with Hinshaw's I can easily say I would keep taking my car there and would highly recommend their service department. Unfortunately, I'll need to find a new place since we are moving out of state. I hope it stands up to the quality of Hinshaw's. More

my 05 TL has clock 162k miles. the service department has kept the auto running like a new one. I own a 2007 TL that I bought used in 2010 from Hinshaw's. This is the 2nd Acura I have owned. My first Acura was a 1992 Legend that I bought used in 1995. Kelly serviced that car until I purchas Hinshaw's. This is the 2nd Acura I have owned. My first Acura was a 1992 Legend that I bought used in 1995. Kelly serviced that car until I purchased my TL, 15 years later. Kelly negotiated the purchase of my TL with the Sales Manager. The mechanic, who had serviced my Legend for all those years, purchased it. Over the years, that I have known Kelly, he has always gone out of his way to be sure I am completely satisfied. Based on his ability to keep my TL running like new, I may not have to buy another car. I would recommend Kelly's service department to anyone. More
I went in for service on my 2008 TSX for battery problems. I was greeted by George at the door and promptly written up for the problem. There was a bad battery in the car. Kelley took me back to the car and showed me what was wrong. Cliff the tech that was working on it showed me the readout and explained everything to me. The battery was out of warranty, but Kelly still gave me a great deal on a new one. I would no hesitate to take my car here anytime. The service was perfect! Thanks again. More
