If you own an Acura and live in the Tacoma area avoid these jackals at all cost. Rude and dishonest service manager and couldn't retain a customer over time if he tried. Missed serious engine mount issue these jackals at all cost. Rude and dishonest service manager and couldn't retain a customer over time if he tried. Missed serious engine mount issue and then refused to acknowledge the problem. AVOID!! More
