Service After purchasing my used car the brake rotors seemed to be warped, so I called the dealer and they told me to bring it down. The service manager test After purchasing my used car the brake rotors seemed to be warped, so I called the dealer and they told me to bring it down. The service manager test drove it and said they were definitely warped. I left the car with them and they sent me home in a loaner car, brand new by the way, and resurfaced all four rotors at no charge to me. That's customer service! This was a used car I bought as is, so they still went above and beyond in the service department. More

Management is condescending Got an Acura that was nor properly detailed night of purchase. Was told I would get a full detail after tint was applied to windows.
