I have had a lot of experiences with dealerships over the years and never really liked any of them. From the moment I walked into Hinshaw's, it was a totally positive experience. Everyone was kind and polite. My son, who was with me, sought out David Ajibade as he had purchased vehicles through him previously. David was amazing, positive, polite, and he eventually got me the deal I needed on the car I wanted. I am thrilled with my 2009 Acura TL. It happened to be his day off so she called him and he came down on his day off and I bought a car. David was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, no pressure whatsoever. Service After purchasing my used car the brake rotors seemed to be warped, so I called the dealer and they told me to bring it down. The service manager test After purchasing my used car the brake rotors seemed to be warped, so I called the dealer and they told me to bring it down. The service manager test drove it and said they were definitely warped. I left the car with them and they sent me home in a loaner car, brand new by the way, and resurfaced all four rotors at no charge to me. That's customer service! This was a used car I bought as is, so they still went above and beyond in the service department. More

We were treated with respect; we weren't pressured to purchase the vehicle or any add-on services; and we were allowed a thorough test drive. We were also given a free loaner while we waited for the specific vehicle that we had selected to be delivered from another dealer later in the day. Follow-up after the sale has been exemplary. More
