Brought my car in for service for an issue that 3 other dealers could not fix. The technician named Mark managed to fix it while i waited. I was planning on going on a trip and this was in the back of my dealers could not fix. The technician named Mark managed to fix it while i waited. I was planning on going on a trip and this was in the back of my mind and i wanted to get this fixed before i drove 1500 miles. Mark reassured me that the problem was fixed. Im glad you guys have technicians that know how to properly diagnose vehicles. My mind was at ease when we took our trip. 5,000 miles later and the vehicle is running like new. Thank you guys More

Bought a used 2016 Gmc yukon xl October 30th of 2018 for 40k and the transmission has already went out before we even hit the 3 years mark! There were other issues upon buying which I wish we had noticed b 40k and the transmission has already went out before we even hit the 3 years mark! There were other issues upon buying which I wish we had noticed but it was raining and dark out so we could not inspect very well which they knew we were coming to look specifically at that vehicle with a 3 hour drive so I guess they could have brought it in to the show room as they did after test driving and deciding to purchase ... to " buff it" they said lol while it was still raining and we had a 3 hour drive with it lol. The second key fob was glued together, front bumper clip broken, vehicle described as excellent condition but had several spots where paint was clearly touched up and when I brought all the issues up in an email to them and they avoided fixing the problem and said they would send out the head rests and left it at that without even Acknowledging any of the other issues. I would never recommend them. Lesson learned!!! More
