I would like to share a concern regarding my scheduled service visit today. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment to complete paperwork so the service could start on time. After waiting about 1 ho service visit today. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment to complete paperwork so the service could start on time. After waiting about 1 hour and 20 minutes, my Ford app showed for the first time that a door on my truck was open, which suggested the vehicle had only then been accessed and service had not started earlier. An oil change with tire rotation ended up taking close to 2 hours total. For a scheduled appointment, this is excessive and not what I expect as a scheduled customer. Had I known the actual start time would be delayed this much, I would have planned differently or rescheduled. More
