I purchased my new vehicle on July 16, 2024. I have been asking for "touch-up" paint ever since my vehicle purchase. Nothing!... I've visited this location at least 3 times or more, ever since m I have been asking for "touch-up" paint ever since my vehicle purchase. Nothing!... I've visited this location at least 3 times or more, ever since my purchase, asking for "touch up"paint. Nothing!..then I was told by the service department that the paint is on back order and for me to come back in 2 wks., it has been over a month, no call back or paint. I guess, I will have to purchase it on Amazon.com. Thanks anyway!! Dissatisfied customer!! More

After finding the vehicle I wanted in their online stock, I was personally quoted a price by the Sales Manager (Mr. Shannon). When I went to purchase the car the next day the price was raised significantly. I was personally quoted a price by the Sales Manager (Mr. Shannon). When I went to purchase the car the next day the price was raised significantly. The salesman seemed to act as if it was out of his hands. The sales staff sited fees from the email that took them ten min to find. I should have walked but I had difficulty locating the exact model/feature combination. Now I feel foolish for letting them get away with what they pulled. Also, afterward, I was asked to redo some paperwork do to an error on their part. When I attempted to contact them to make sure all was in order. It took many attempts (ending with an email to their General Manager) to simply get a response that everything was good. More
