I have cracks in my dash cluster glass. I was told that the master mechanic of 20 years never saw this before. Nothing was done other than giving me a phone number to call Toyota. I’m a service manager at a dealership and I would never Ganda customer a phone number as tell them to call the OEM. This issue with the dash is all over the internet. Very confused and not happy. They try hard to work with their customers. I bought out my lease and they will handle everything so I don't have to park my car.
