I called talked with Patrick first I’ve searched online for about a month for a convertible beetle and came across Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord, NC. I called talked with Patrick first , he was very informative of the car I was looking at. Made an appointment for Friday after work, they had already pulled the car around back & the sweetest,caring salesman by the name of Mike greeted us & took us for a test drive. We have had subpar experiences with salesmen at other dealerships in the past, however Robert truly changed our car buying experience! He was so knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, was not pushy whatsoever and really allowed us to take time to make sure we were making the right choice for our family. He is not your typical pushy salesman, which is what we enjoyed most about Robert! We came in the next day after talking over the decision and made sure we worked with Robert for the sale.
