Amazing family feeling experience! Today I got to take home a 2019 Jetta R-Line. I brought my 2016 Jetta 1.8T Prez in for service which I bought previously from Hendrick. Jon, the fina Today I got to take home a 2019 Jetta R-Line. I brought my 2016 Jetta 1.8T Prez in for service which I bought previously from Hendrick. Jon, the finance man who does amazing things with getting your car payment where you need it to be, saw me waiting and asked if I had drove the all new Jetta. I said can I look at at? He always remembers me when I come in to get regular serivice in my car and speaks. He went and got Robert. Robert sat down with me and asked what I liked about my current Jetta and what I liked about the new ones. We went outside and looked at the cars. He gave me the outside tour and spoke about the very distinct differences. He was able to answer all of my questions. Before Robert when to get the keys, he made sure I didn’t need a snack or water or coffee. He returned with the keys and we took the car out. Since grey isn’t my color, we drove down to the delivery lot where he showed me a Jetta in red. Which I loved! When we came back, he collected all the info he needed to get a quote, and within 30 minutes I was back in Jon’s office buying my second Jetta. If you like to feel like you are part of a family and your time is valuable, go see these guys and girls. They will take care of you like your family memebers. If you want to leave with a smile and warm and fuzzy this is the place to buy your Volkswagen. I drive 33 miles from home to get the family feeling and plan on in the future for my car needs. More

Have you ever left a dealership not feeling 100% comfortable and confident in your purchase or interaction with the staff? Buying a vehicle is no small matter, it's one of the biggest purchases we make in life and any reasonable person will want to make sure that as many of those qualities are met. Hendrick VW of Concord, and RD (Robert Nixon) especially will check all those boxes and maybe even a few you haven't thought of before. I'm generally a hassle free person who prioritizes feeling good about a purchase over it's value for the dollar. However, my recent car purchase was a break from that and certainly put them through the hurdles. I showed up one day without an appointment and was quickly introduced to RD. I instantly found him to be personable, friendly, articulate and well informed, it was like spending time with a close friend, helping to culture a relaxed and free flowing interaction. We spent some time going over the car I was interested in, chatted about the price and incentives I qualified for and was presented with an excellent offer. Some life events took place and had to postpone my purchase. I came back a couple weeks later, again without an appointment and had another great experience that again left to me leaving without a new car, the car was sold so that was on me. During the few weeks since my first visit RD kept in contact but was never intrusive, only asking what more he could do to earn my business. I came back a third time, almost six weeks after the first simply because I enjoyed working with RD so much, I knew that he was the one I ultimately wanted to give my business too, even if it took some time to make it happen, and boy I did take my time. I showed up for the final time late on a Monday evening, we hashed out a few details, RD and Patrick offered me a deal I couldn't say no to and shortly after I drove off the lot with my new GTI. The whole experience has left me feeling that I made the right choice to work with RD and Hendrick VW of Concord. His commitment to getting me the best deal, never judging my situation, handling all the curves xxxxx I threw, accommodating all my questions and requests and never becoming impatient for wasting so much of his time are just a few of the reasons you should consider working with him. During this car buying process I worked with well over a dozen other dealerships across five states and not one of them came anywhere close to offering the total experience and value I had with RD, nor the final price. If you're in the market for a vehicle, don't make the mistake of not talking with RD. He's the one you want to work with, new or used, whether it's your first time buying a car or you're a seasoned buyer or lessee, whatever your needs or wants, there wont being a single missing piece or compromise, and you'll see that RD will always have your back and interests kept in the foreground. You don't have to take my words for it, this is just an online review and we don't know each other, I get that, and skepticism is healthy. This is just me putting my experience out there, but you owe it to yourself to go see and understand why so many people have enjoyed their experiences with RD. In fact, the experience was so good that my partner ended up buying her new Honda at a Hendrick dealership as well with all the same great feels as I had. We are now happy members of the Hendrick family and it's thanks to RD and his unparalleled awesomeness! RD, you're a helluva guy, I can't thank you enough for everything you did or put into words that would do justice to how everything was done as it should be. You're a multidimensional person who's more forthright and knowledgeable than the majority in the business. I have a lot of gratitude for everything you've done and you'll always remain on my speed dial for that next car! I promise it'll be a lot more easy next time~ The staff are all friendly, patient, efficient genuine people who offer genuine smiles and interactions. Patrick put up with all my crap like a pro, and John couldn't have made the final process any easier and pain free. All the conversations we had with other staff were personal, professional and never made you feel like just another cog in a gear. The dealership itself is located adjacent to the Concord Motor Speedway, is easy to find, easy parking and a large lot full of cars that you're sure to find what you're looking for. The showroom is well organized, open, clean and free from harsh cover up perfumes. The seating areas are comfortable and well located so you don't feel hidden away or miss-able. Water and popcorn always on tap and everything is done and placed very well. Near by there is also the Hendrick Motorsports Museum and Team Shop that showcases Hendrick Motorsports racing legacy and current ventures.
