Poor customer service dealing with warranty issues Carried my vehicle with 17,000 miles on it to get the fog lights replaced for the second time and they refused to replace them. Outside elements was Carried my vehicle with 17,000 miles on it to get the fog lights replaced for the second time and they refused to replace them. Outside elements was the reason for non-replacement of the fog lights yet there is no damage to the bumper or lights from any type of outside force. I also complained about holes in the screen for the sunroof (outside elements) but I have opened the sunroof all of three times since purchase of the vehicle. Was told basically my transmission was not skipping after complaining of a slow lag upon taking off. PPM More

I can honestly say this was the easiest car purchase experience of my life, and I wasn't the one buying! These guys worked long after closing time on a Friday evening without harassing, pressuring or prodding. I have never experienced a more "uncarsalesman-like" purchase.
