Great customer service I came in to buy a car one night after being told the car was there and ready. When I arrived the car was not there. I spoke with Joe the sales manage I came in to buy a car one night after being told the car was there and ready. When I arrived the car was not there. I spoke with Joe the sales manager and Robert. They were very apologetic, offered to buy me gas, ect... I did a lot of research on the car I came to see so I was set on buying it. Without the car there we were still able to come to an agreement on terms. I came in the next day and had to wait on the finance manager because there was one customer in front of me. Robert stayed with me until about three hours after his shift! I had no clue but he certainly didn't complain and was quite pleasant to share his company for the time we needed to wait. More

The negotiating game can be exhausting, and most car dealerships, you may feel, don't really have your best interest in mind. Not so with Hendrick VW. We contacted Ruslan, a few weeks after we bought our first car from him. We weren't planning on 2 cars within a month, but sometimes that's how it goes. We were still shopping around. We'd been to another dealership because we were shopping around and it was a real sleazy experience. We got back in touch with Ruslan, and within a few days we had identified the car we wanted. For a 2nd time in a month, Ruslan explained the process - as we were buying from one of the Hendrick partners. ( The car was not on site). He got the car transferred to Hendrick VW within 24 hours, did the inspection, and detailed the car. It was pre-owned but it looked brand new. A plus to Ruslan and Hendrick VW for getting us what we wanted, at a good price, and in fantastic condition. Just re-affirmed my decision to never use another car dealership. Hendrick VW is the best, and Ruslan is the best. I expect to see his name plaque up on the wall the next time we come in. He is the best. Hendrick, so far, is the best! More

Smooth & Friendly Shopping for a used car is one of the toughest things. There are so many options around and with every visit you keep modifying your choice. The online tools although very helpful do not give you the right idea or peace of mind to go ahead with the decision. The car that I checked at Hendricks VW at Concord was the very first car that I saw in my search for the used car. Although I couldn't find anything wrong to rule out that car or the dealership, like any other shopper I kept looking at other cars not only in Charlotte but also in Raleigh and Winston Salem. However, one thing that had stood out about Robert and the dealership was that they were extremely easy to work with. Not one bit of pushy salesmanship. It was all about helping me in trying to understand my options and then leaving the decision to me. This was exactly the opposite case at most other dealerships. I visited 4 times in total, twice for test drives and once for my wife to check out the car. And it was always great! Robert always went that extra mile to help us out whenever we asked anything from him. I would certainly love to work with him in future. I definitely recommend Robert and Hendricks VW at Concord.
