No pressure buying I don't know anyone who likes to buy a new car. You pull up to a car dealership and are immediately approached by sales reps. You may even feel that way pulling up to Hendrick Volkswagen of Concord too, but after meeting Robert and speaking with him for over an hour the first day, I changed my mind. Robert answered all our questions regarding a 2019 Jetta and when we said goodbye the first night without making a decision, he never said a word to try and pressure us into buying the car. We ended up coming back to Robert a couple days later after more research and feeling more comfortable about our decision. I can honestly say that Robert is completely different than any car sales rep we dealt with during our "car shopping" experience. Happy to have given him our business. More

We never felt pressured to buy anything and we were really considering taking the offer we got and looking around more but we decided we didn't want to deal with anyone else since he was so easy to work with. So we decided to buy our 2019 Tiguan Se 4 motion that day. My wife loves it and we have no regrets. We then went home and looked at the price of others and still felt we got a great deal. If we find ourselves in the market again down there road it will be our first stop. We also will highly recommend friends and family to work with Robert if they are in the market. More

He was exceptionally knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we wanted to purchase and answered all of our Ruslan made for a great car buying experience. Even though it was late on a Friday night, he never seemed like he was rushing us through the process. And when we had to stay well past when the dealer closed to complete the deal, he was always friendly and courteous. He even went out of his way to lend a hand in getting our new car washed and cleaned up so we wouldn't have to come back another day. We will definitely work with Ruslan again if buying another VW.
