We contacted Ruslan, a few weeks after we bought our first car from him. We weren't planning on 2 cars within a month, but sometimes that's how it goes. We were still shopping around. We'd been to another dealership because we were shopping around and it was a real sleazy experience. We got back in touch with Ruslan, and within a few days we had identified the car we wanted. For a 2nd time in a month, Ruslan explained the process - as we were buying from one of the Hendrick partners. ( The car was not on site). He got the car transferred to Hendrick VW within 24 hours, did the inspection, and detailed the car. It was pre-owned but it looked brand new. A plus to Ruslan and Hendrick VW for getting us what we wanted, at a good price, and in fantastic condition. Just re-affirmed my decision to never use another car dealership. Hendrick VW is the best, and Ruslan is the best. I expect to see his name plaque up on the wall the next time we come in. He is the best. Hendrick, so far, is the best! More

The online tools although very helpful do not give you the right idea or peace of mind to go ahead with the decision. The car that I checked at Hendricks VW at Concord was the very first car that I saw in my search for the used car. Although I couldn't find anything wrong to rule out that car or the dealership, like any other shopper I kept looking at other cars not only in Charlotte but also in Raleigh and Winston Salem. However, one thing that had stood out about Robert and the dealership was that they were extremely easy to work with. Not one bit of pushy salesmanship. It was all about helping me in trying to understand my options and then leaving the decision to me. This was exactly the opposite case at most other dealerships. I visited 4 times in total, twice for test drives and once for my wife to check out the car. And it was always great! Robert always went that extra mile to help us out whenever we asked anything from him. I would certainly love to work with him in future. I definitely recommend Robert and Hendricks VW at Concord. Poor customer service dealing with warranty issues Carried my vehicle with 17,000 miles on it to get the fog lights replaced for the second time and they refused to replace them. Outside elements was the reason for non-replacement of the fog lights yet there is no damage to the bumper or lights from any type of outside force. I also complained about holes in the screen for the sunroof (outside elements) but I have opened the sunroof all of three times since purchase of the vehicle. Was told basically my transmission was not skipping after complaining of a slow lag upon taking off. PPM More
