The moment we walked into the door we felt the customer experience at a super high level, the inside of the building was super clean and well organized. My sales specialist was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions, we did our usual test drive and he showed us all the bells and whistles. He opened the hood of the car and explained the intricacies of the engine, even when I asked him about the break in period for the new car, he honestly answered that he didn’t know but he would get the answer from the Lexus Master mechanic, and he did. He explained to me all the service options. (Robert Marock) you truly are a professional and an amazing sales specialist. I appreciate your insights and recommendations with everything. I must also mention that Jeff Nowacki in the Finance office is just the most amazing Finance person I’ve ever worked with. He got us the best finance deal and the options were many, but we felt his input was the key for us to securing the right finance option for us. Jeff’s product knowledge is worth admiring. Jeff is an extremely down to earth person and truly worth mentioning that his knowledge and grasp of the finance options, solidified my buying decision. and finally at the very end of the process, Jose Cañas who is one of the Delivery Vehicle specialists walked me step by step with the entire process of all the internal and Lexus app settings of the car, he even synced my garage opener with the car, plus was super helpful explaining many of the dashboard options. So, to wrap up my review, we had many choices, Toyota, Mazda, Honda, Ford and GM within a 5-mile radius, we decided on the Lexus and glad we did.
