He was easy to work with, explained things clearly, and answered all of my questions. He was even gracious enough to call my insurance company to verify my coverage when I didn't bring a current insurance card with me. I feel like he didn't have to do that but wanted to be as helpful as possible, knowing I needed to get back to work quickly. I'm very happy with my experience in dealing with him and the dealership.
