During the tire inspection on your scheduled 15k maintenance, our Lexus technician found a nail in your tire. In order to ensure the safety of our guests, we do not plug tires but instead prefer to patch them. This process includes dismounting the tire from the rim, applying a patch to the inside that bonds with the tire, and remounting and balancing the tire. If you would like to discuss your experience further, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Service Manager, David, at 704-379-4077.
