Ms. Yegani, we appreciate you taking time to leave us a review about your experience with our dealership. We value all input and are always looking for areas to improve our service. Fortunately, the door panels were a part of our Customer Support Program and not a Safety Recall. This particular program ended on May 31, 2017. When we replaced your dashboard last April under this same program, we documented your door panels before the program ended. Our Service Manager, David Shepherd, would love the opportunity to discuss this further and update you on the status of the door panels. He will be in touch shortly.
