My wife and I were close to purchasing the 2021 GX460, but after thinking through it over the weekend, we decided against it. This is where Coaches’ Genuine kindness, patience and professionalism was put on display. We had to start the whole process over again. The best part about the whole experience was the fact that Coach was able to find the exact specs. on a 2022 GX460 that my wife fell in love with on the 2021 model. Once he was able to do that, Coach did a fantastic job keeping my wife and I updated on our new 2022 GX460’s journey from Japan where it was built. My wife was extremely grateful.
