She went above and beyond to make sure we got the car on time and also offered delivery options while staying late the night we came in to take our delivery. She is very easy to work with and very dedicated to making sure the customer experience is wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be back again to trade in my SUV for the RX. Special thanks to Hussian Amir and James Rafidi as well, who stayed back late that night and ensured we understood the different features of the car while also offering different service options.
