From the moment I entered Hendrick, I was treated with respect and kindness. Reception staff was attentive and offered me drinks and snacks. (That always gets an Italian girls attention)). I truly thank her for her demeanor and friendly manner. I’d also like to mention Robbie, (attentive, friendly and honest), Jeff (who is a relentless advocate in his role and very helpful), and then there’s Samuel, who stayed late to introduce me to the Techy side of my new car, I may have to go back and review some features as there are many.
