We special ordered a new Lexus from Hendrick Lexus Northlake. Our salesperson, Nap kept us informed of the status of that order all the way through to that glorious day when he called to say, "Your c Northlake. When we arrived to pick it up, Nap had parked it in a safe place away from everything and everyone else. On our initial drive, he amazed us with his knowledge of the vehicle, all the way down to the tiniest item on the car. He stayed with us throughout the entire signing process, keeping his focus on us. He never even glanced at another "sales prospect", but stayed at our side to make sure he was available for any questions we might have. He is by far, the best salesperson we have ever dealt with. BTW, unlike our Lincoln dealership that sold us a new Lincoln a few years ago, this Lexus dealership had a Delivery Specialist to help us become familiar with our new Lexus. Delivery Specialist Brock very patiently showed us every technical detail of our new Lexus and even demonstrated those features as he sat in the car next to us.
