And the team at Hendrick Lexus Northlake did not disappoint - they were exemplary in all the ways that matter and what I've come to expect. My car purchase was spear-headed by Milton Jackson and he was as good as it gets! Accommodating, very professional and courteous aren't big enough words for how he took care of me. He even brought another vehicle in from the sister Lexus dealership in town, just so I could compare them side-by-side! I was both impressed and speechless when he pulled that off in less than 2 hours. When it came time to take care of a few cosmetic items in their service department, Chase Ward took care of everything.
