From the moment I entered Hendrick, I was treated with respect and kindness. Reception staff was attentive and offered me drinks and snacks. (That always gets an Italian girls attention)). I truly thank her for her demeanor and friendly manner. I’d also like to mention Robbie, (attentive, friendly and honest), Jeff (who is a relentless advocate in his role and very helpful), and then there’s Samuel, who stayed late to introduce me to the Techy side of my new car, I may have to go back and review some features as there are many. Had a fantastic experience buying a new car at Hendrick Lexus NorthLake. Nayris Abreu was very kind and courteous and made the entire buying experience was smooth and easy. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the car on time and also offered delivery options while staying late the night we came in to take our delivery. She is very easy to work with and very dedicated to making sure the customer experience is wonderful. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will be back again to trade in my SUV for the RX.
