Compared to other service shop visits, this one was by far more pleasent. Vincent was engaging and reponsive to anything discussed. It always takes a long time for any service. I wanted to add emissions to my service and mentioned that when I made the appointment and upon arrival. After my service was complete I was informed I wanted to add emissions to my service and mentioned that when I made the appointment and upon arrival. After my service was complete I was informed emissions could not be done because the machine was not plugged in the day before. Other times I needed recall or other service and am told upon arrival that parts need to be ordered and I need to come back. If I have to wait for a couple hours for basic service I would at least like to have as many things done as possible at the visit instead of returning again and again for long wait times. It would be beneficial to know this when the appointment is made so I can make an appointment and have an appropriate plan. If I can get it all done in one day I would just leave my car for the day but I just can’t do that 5-6 times per year for small things. More
