I had hit a deer and needed a newer car to drive. I had found the car I wanted on the internet and Al gave me the test drive, and was very knowledgeable and personable. Then Colt did a great job of finding the best deal after I had decided to purchase the vehicle, even when deal was in place he still kept looking for a better option. My wife is probably going to buy a car within the next year and we will be back at Heiser. More

I waited nearly 20 minutes before service advisor was even able to get me signed in. I have brought my truck in for the same problem twice and both times I left with the same problem (never fixed). Found pretty significant damage that admittedly was missed at purchase (looked at car at night and picked up in the rain Damage wasnt noticeable until in the sun. Online pics look edited).
