So far I’ve taken both of my Toyotas to this location for oil changes and the experience have been average but good, on par with other dealers I’ve been too, keep in mind I’ve been a Toyota owner consistentl oil changes and the experience have been average but good, on par with other dealers I’ve been too, keep in mind I’ve been a Toyota owner consistently since 2006. Acknowledgment of customers when they come into the service area adds to the customer experience. Lack of follow up on services/approvals. I had to be the one calling for updates after the dates they said they would call me.
