Buying our truck was, and this is not an exaggeration, the most pleasant experience my wife and I have had buying a car, and we are in our 70's. Manny, our salesman, did an outstanding job of explaining everything about the truck we were interested in. Heiser was very fair in the initial offer for our trade-in. There really wasn't any need to haggle over what we felt would be a fair price. All of the people we interacted with, salesperson (Manny),managers, and the financial person were extremely pleasant. James at Heiser Toyota was a very attentive salesperson and not only listened to me, but followed through thoroughly with everything he said he would in a timely manner.
