Set up appointment weeks in advance, took truck in for rough 2 hour part replacement on a Monday morning didn't get truck back until Friday after 5pm. Twice when the cat brought in for service Heiser performed services which were not authorized, then tried to charge me for them. I may be elderly but I’m not stupid.
