I feel that Michael Wemmer did an acceptable and understandable job explaining the process of repairing my Ford. The support staff that he had at the time I was there not so much. I am reluctant to check status on things involving the service industry (maybe too much so) and I waited 2 weeks to call and check on the status of my part.
