I was very dissatisfied with my last visit to Heiser Ford. I took my car in for a recall and they didn't fix the recall and some how my steering wheel was damaged. Very dissatisfied with communication from Heiser. They didn’t return my calls when promised, if at all. They had my truck for a month and were unable or unwilling to provide a loaner vehicle.
