Great experience at Hatfield dealership. Our sales rep, Willie Brandon, was patient with us as I tried to determine keeping my current Encore or leasing a new Encore GX. He worked until closing time until he got us the deal I could afford, and promised he would have the Encore clean and ready for pick up the next day.
